Soursop Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen soursop pulp (remove seeds)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (optional, for extra tropical flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if you prefer it colder or thicker)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the soursop pulp, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker consistency, then blend again.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
