we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final upon receipt of payment.
Please be sure you follow proper care instructions for your living order. We are not responsible for the survival of your trees once they have been delivered to you.
All sales final. Once payment has been received it is immediately disbursed to Maui farmers and growers. There are no refunds.
However, if you want to change your tree type or plan, prior to delivery, it is possible we may be able to help depending on what your order is/was and how long it has been since you placed your order.

Please DO NOT place an order unless you are sure you want the item selected. We wont offer a refund for a changed mind of buyers remorse. Once your order has been placed, your purchase is NON-refundable.
If you are unable to accept your delivery, renovating or in the planning process, we offer to help at no additional charges for up to 6 months to a year.
